How much time will it take to use ?
The initial setup takes around 10 minutes for the admin user and only a few minutes to add additional users. Easy to follow training videos and tutorials are available to ensure all users have a comprehensive knowledge of the platform. Daily use and monitoring is simply a few minutes a day to ensure your team is functioning at maximum productivity levels.
Is my data stored in secure enviroment ?
The privacy of your organization is our top priority! All communication passed to the REMOTLY server is secured by SSL encryption. Files are encrypted to ensure an extra level of security for your data and are located in a secure enterprise data center that provides 24/7 monitoring and hosting support.
Can productivity insights platform be used for remote teams?

Do I need a credit card to sign up? 
If you know REMOTLY is for you and you’re ready to go, you will put your credit card information in when you select the Essentials or Pro plan. Once you register and add your billing information, you will be directed to the login page immediately to start maximizing productivity for your business.

The free version of REMOTLY gives you full access to the platform for 30 days. Once the free trial is finished, you will need to put your credit card information in to continue with your monthly subscription. Remotly accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). 
Can I customize productivity metrics based on job roles?
Absolutely! Remotly allows you to classify apps and websites as productive or unproductive based on specific job roles. This customization helps businesses tailor productivity metrics to fit their teams’ responsibilities.
Can I access historical data with Remotly?
Yes, Remotly allows you to access historical productivity data ranging from 30 days to 12 months (or more depending on the plan you select). This helps track long-term trends and make strategic decisions based on past performance.

The multi-tenancy feature allows businesses to setup different locations to create a powerful combination of reports and dashboards. Remotly goes a step further and also allows users to create shifts AND work across multiple time zones to create a seamless, easy to use productivity platform experience.
How do we calculate productivity in Remotly? 
At Remotly, we help you track and improve productivity by analyzing your device’s active time. In the Productivity Profiles section, you can categorize apps as productive or unproductive. Based on your preferences, Remotly calculates a personalized productivity percentage, showing the ratio of productive time to total active time. This gives you tailored insights into how efficiently you’re using your time, helping you work smarter. 
Can I cancel anytime? 
Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time; you will have access to REMOTLY until the end of the month.
